TERMS & CONDITIONS - MUST BE ACKNOWLEGED
TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION:
- This activity presents the risk of injury. This exculpatory
release confirms that the participant who signs below accepts
all aspects of that risk.
I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the above
activity has not been, coerced in any form or way by any external
parties. My participation is entirely voluntary and not part
of any work related duties.
- There is a one time non-refundable registration fee as
stated above for the event. The participant will not be able
to participate in the event without the enrollment and registration
fees being paid prior to the start of the event.
- Participants who participate in events organized by Queenstown
Constituency & ©The Swimming Room Pte Ltd do so entirely
at their own risk. The Organisers disclaims all warranties,
express or implied, as to merchantability and/or fitness for
a particular purpose.
- I recognize that the activity presents risks and hazards,
known and unknown. I am participating in the activity voluntarily,
knowing it may result in injury to myself or others. In the
event of injury, I understand that there may be coverage under
my personal accident insurance policy and that the event insurance
coverage may not be applicable.
- In view of the Organisers' voluntary contribution of equipment,
facilities, and/or funds, and as a condition of my participation
in this activity, I assume all risk, responsibility and liability
for injury (including death) or damage to my person or property
of myself or the persons or property of others, including
my family that may arise in connection with the activity.
I further agree to release, discharge, and indemnify The Organisers,
its employees (whether or not acting within the scope of their
employment), their Sponsors, Event Partners, agents and contractors
from all claims or liability for any such injury or damage,
regardless of whether they may be wholly or partly negligent
or otherwise at fault.
- I grant permission to the Organisers to use any photographs,
motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event
for any legitimate purpose.
- In addition, I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless,
its employees, agents and contractors from all loss, cost
(including legal fees), expense, damage, claims or liability
due to my alleged negligence or fault, including claims or
liability relating to injury to others.
- The Organisers reserves the right to cancel or postpone
any session if events should occur beyond the control of the
Organising Committee. The Organisers will at its sole discretion
take commercially reasonable steps to contact participants
and/or offer substitute sessions. In cases of inclement weather,
the Organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement
of the Event.Should the inclement weather persist after delay,
the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event without
any refund of registration fees.
- The Organisers reserves the right not to refund fees paid
or cater alternate arrangements for any participant who cancels
or misses the event, with or without prior notice.
- By accepting or signing this release, I certify that I
have read and understood it; it binds me, my family, my event
guests, and my heirs, representatives, successors and assigns;
and it comprises the entire agreement relating to this subject,
superseding and other agreements, representations, inducements
or understandings, whether written or oral. I acknowledge
that no member of the organizing committee has authority to
waive or modify the provisions of this release except in a
written agreement signed by an officer or General Manager
of the above said companies.
I certify that all the particulars I have submitted are accurate
and have read the terms and conditions.
