Swimming is the method by which we move through water and is a popular recreational activity suitable for all ages. With a team of qualified and enthusiastic coaches, we offer various courses to suit your level of learning which includes the ‘Learn-To-Swim’ program for non-swimmers to the ‘Stroke correction’ course for competent swimmers (Triathletes, leisure swimmers etc). It is never too young or old to start swimming. |

| Healthy Swimming |
More than just an essential skill, swimming has many health benefits. Due to the very nature of non-impact environment, swimming is widely recognized as the best form of exercise for the entire body without damaging joints. Regular swimming reduces risk of heart attack and stroke by strengthening the heart muscles and burning calories. For the overweight people, compared to running, swimming is the perfect way to shed those extra kilos without putting stress on joints, especially the knees and back. Furthermore, doctors often recommend swimming as an exercise in rehabilitation after injuries to strength muscles. |
| Safe Swimming |
Are you water-safe? Drowning is ranked as one of the world’s most frequent accident. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere including bathtubs, Jacuzzis and reservoirs. In most cases, if not all, drowning could have been prevented if people are equipped with proper water safety skills. These include personal survivor skill, life-saving skills as well as water safety knowledge. Through our courses, all students will be trained to be proficient in personal water survivor skills. |
